How can I share my eBook using P2P?
(Sorry for the newbie question)
I have written an eBook and I want to share it with P2P users.
How can I do this using software like eMule, LimeWire or FrostWire?
(I want to know where to place my eBook and how to inform other P2P users)
If I am using LimeWire only, can all P2P users download my eBook or LimeWire users only can get it?

Put Ebook in the Filename..this way it will show up in searches.
If your using LimeWire than you are sharing it on the whole Gnutella Network. (LimeWire, FrostWire, Shareaza..etc)
Excuses are for people who no longer know the truth

Hi Rose27,
Welcome to UTC.
Also make sure that you put the ebook in your shared folder.

This is strictly my own experience.
If you're trying to get the book found, then I think you should use bittorrent. The problem with emule and gnutella is that it's difficult to just stumble upon new stuff. Both networks are aggregates of everything, and while that does make it easier to find particular things, it makes the "browse" operation pretty unreasonable -- here are the thousands of files new today from all over the world.
If you mention your book in a blog, then make it available as a torrent download from the blog -- and ALSO upload it to a private tracker like ThePirateBay -- and ALSO upload it to a big index site like Isohunt, then you've got better odds of this happening. I would not even try to assess "what's new on eMule today", and I'm not even sure there's a way to do it. But I regularly browse TPB for what's new today, and specifically what's new in audiobooks since last I looked (audiobooks being my own preference). But if it's just on one of these others, I'd never see it.

Thank you all for giving me support.
I shall try to to do as all of you said.
But if some one give me link to a detailed tutorial page, it will be more helpful.

Rose, we don't have a link to a tutorial here.
Download LimeWire from http://www.limewire.com/LimeWireWinBoth
Once downloaded, run the installer.
You will specify your "shared" folder during installation.
Put your ebook in the shared shared folder you specified in the above step.
Your ebook is now shared and anyone can download it, depending on what they search for.

The associated fora for many bittorrent tracker sites have tutorials for creating torrents on that particular site.
