Nascar is not stock car racing anymore.

It is just another homogenus single chassis snooze fest. The idea behind stock car racing is,,,,, racing stock cars. I remember when they at least made some attempt to make their cars look like something you might find on a showroom floor. the cot didn't change things much, it just made all the cars perfectly identical. Which brings me to the phrase "wins on sunday sells on monday". thats "out the window" too. you never know what channel, when, or what time the race might be on. this year its at least it's in 4 sections.fox, 2 cable/sat channels, and abc. which is ok if you have cable/sat. i'm sure there's a few rednecks who don't. but who needs those rednecks anyway. nascar has become the starbucks of racing.
