View Full Version : Computer Harddrive needs a cleaning!
Hi
I have been a little bad lately and been downloading to much crap... now I have a bit of a problem. My "rig" is runnin like crap! I ran Ad-Aware and that worked a little. I'm sure some program is in my computer messing with it making it slow.
Is there any programs that can get out all those unwanted programs so my computer will run like new again?
Thanks

The best thing for you to do is go to Pacs-Portal (http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_pages/startup_full.htm) and shutdown anything you don't need running on startup.

try... JV16 Power Tools...it is intended >> exactly << for your situation.
It used to be freeware (try to find version 3.1)
...but just recently went to a 30 day trial /pay version- 4.1.
But I'm sure Yoda knows *cough* where to find the pay version real 'cheap'....lol
It cleans your registery safely and lets you delete a whole-lot-o-****...left behind when you 'deleted' programs.
Also run a virus scan ...just to make sure you didnt pickup some nasties :D
