Depends on what type of game you are talking about, but one of the univeral things I look for in a game is great mutliplayer online support.Never really been big into playing games that have no online support.That's what really makes or breaks a game for me.Take halflife for example.That game lasted forever because they had great online support.I would say a very close second is graphics along with gameplay.I like first person shooter games so weapon selections and realism are key for me.

well i'm a fan of rpg and fps so in rpg i always like good fighting system and long quests! in fps realism is very important and multiplayer of course! :)

Definitely Multiplayer, then graphics. I also like a game that takes a little bit of intelligence and strategy, rather than an all out run around and kill game.

Gameplay always comes first for anygame for me. Then i like good AI, Interaction and Sound (Atmospheric sound makes a lot of difference).
As for multiplayer support, it depends on the game, some types of games are suited for it and other arent.
