Here are the rules:

1) you can use any filters, including 3rd party plugins
2) You can use tubes
3) You may NOT use actions/run scripts
4) you must use the background "as is" in your final image.

Nope, don't have that one, but found a great spot for getting brushes and instructions on how to install.
I'm going to give making my own brushes a shot--it doesn't look so hard.
