Shoutbox - Swedish translation

I need a tad bit of help. I found this asp shoutbox, that I can configure properly, just by guesswork. But I cannot understand this text file. Can someone help me?

i cant, but why dont you just use a different one? there are so many its not worth trying to figure this one out

This is the best one I could find really. It only uses asp, and I already got it working, just need to edit some of the files to make it read english.

I've been trying my hardest to get it translated Hova but no luck, since you posted it i've been looking at dictionarys and searching the web to get it done. But sorry!
