Okay, I figure most of you guys around here know about OpenOffice.org, and I was wondering who else likes it? I have M$ Office 2000 small business edition, but I prefer using the Open Office programs because they're easier to use (for me anyway) and they have more features. Also, I like that the download size isn't too gigantic at about 63MB (yeah I know on 56k it's a pain) and all you need to run it is Java, which is also free.

I also notice that my stuff prints out faster in Open Office for some reason.

openoffice is okay but it seems to me that microsoft's office suite has a lot more features like voice recognition and it has a better spell checker for languages other than english and the advantage of being compatible with almost anything.
Openoffice does have some very nice features. It also has the advantage of being open source.:)
It needs a macro recorder and a GUI overhaul.

I use both at the moment but when I need to e-mail a document I use MS Office.
