This Sunday Jan. 9 8pm , is the 2 hour season premiere for season 4. Followed by another 2 hours on Monday.
This is the only TV show that I really have to watch on a weekly basis.
Any other 24 fans here???

Hell Yeah!
Thanks for the reminder. I bet this Sunday would have just passed on by without my knowing it was on. And with my luck, the repeats I would have missed also.
You're a lifesaver tadd!

The clock is still ticking on 24, but is there anybody left to torture, threaten or otherwise endanger? And what new fate could faze a crowd already terrorized by an errant bomb, nuclear disaster and a deadly virus?
Producers of Fox's thriller thought up a nifty solution: Wipe the slate clean and find a whole new cast.
Sure, star Kiefer Sutherland's Jack Bauer is back. But when 24 returns for a fourth season with a two-hour special Sunday (8 p.m. ET/PT), President David Palmer (Dennis Haysbert) is out of office and sight unseen. Ditto for turncoat CTU chief Tony Almeida (Carlos Bernard), his wife, Michelle Dessler (Reiko Aylesworth), even Bauer's often-implausibly imperiled daughter Kim (Elisha Cuthbert) and her now-hubby Chase Edmunds (James Badge Dale).

1st season rocked. I wasn't that impressed with the 2nd season. Really enjoyed the third season. Overall I think it's one of the best tv shows ever. You're always on the edge of your seat, tons of action, plot twists and surprises. Sucks they're getting rid of two hot chicks like Elisha(although her hair style was terrible in season 2) & Reiko. It would kill some shows to lose that eye candy but I think this show's strong enough to get by.

I never even heard of 24, and was so looking forward to the premiere of this and a couple other shows. But, I missed it, and it seems to be all anyone is talking about. Well, guess I'll catch it next show and try to catch up.
It's really going into season 3? what's it about anyway? I also had looked forward to Lost, but was a bit disappointed in that on. But, i wasn't into Twin Peaks or X-files either.

Another fine season is underway, and this looks like it is going to be another winner.
Damn the women on this season are nasty........
Sepia, check out the Fox site and you can get all caught up.

Season 4, sepia. Sure it was just a typo.;)
Lost has been a blast lately also. I'm watching it right now. Plenty of action and drama.
Just finished watching. Damn this show is good.
I almost cried when X-Files ended. I am slowly building my DVD library. Up to Season 5 right now.
As for 24, it's off to a good start. I realize that they do it on purpose, but the new woman they introduced just makes me sick. I mean to the point where I feel it takes away from the show. I believe they are putting too many personal life references into the show. Is there not enough action between CTU and the terrorists? Or are all of them going to come together in some master plan?

NEW YORK (Reuters) - The Fox television network said on Thursday it will provide its stations with TV spots that portray Muslims in a favorable way after it received complaints for featuring followers of Islam as terrorists on its hit television show "24."
On Monday, Fox premiered the fourth season of "24." The drama featured an upper-middle class Muslim family operating as a sleeper terrorist cell. The Muslim mother poisons her son's non-Muslim girlfriend because it was feared the girl could jeopardize the terrorists' plan.
A Fox spokesman said it would provide public service announcements sponsored by the Council on American-Islamic Relations to its affiliate stations. Local television executives can decide if and when to use the spots.

Damn good show.

The missle shoot down was a little anti-climatic, but overall another great season.
I was thinking that they were not going to be back next season, but luckly they showed a bit of a preview for next season.
IMO, it is one of the best shows on TV and now I must wait until Jan. of 06 for the next season.

Yeah, it was a bit anticlimatic.
Did you get the feeling that the old Incredible Hulk closing theme should have been playing when Jack was walking in the end?
I mentioned it to my g/f and after the show my buddy said the same exact thing without me even mentioning it. It was pretty funny.
So based on the story, I would expect to not see Jack, his daughter, Michelle or Tony next season.
Maybe there will be a love affair between Chloe and Edgar.
