theming my 98 PC

i want to theme my pc,
i bored of the old grey of win98 !

what im looking for is a program to theme my win98se pc

yes i know you can do a lot more with XP but i dont really have the money to upgrade, and it seems kinda buggy and insecure to me. (and im only on a 56k ;) )

so does anyone know where i can get a DECENT theming program for windows 98(SE)?

(im bored of the plus themes that come with windows 98SE 2 lol) :)

the good thing about 98 is that you dont need programs to theme it thee is already themes on the pc all you need to do is download some more
