LMAO, this should be fun! (http://www.i-am-bored.com/bored_link.cfm?link_id=6876)
Out of four the possible levels you scored:
1. Get on the Treadmill, QUICK
2. Average--with some work ahead of you
3. Fit and Happy
4. Athlete
Well, looks like someone needs some work. You are bellow average and you need to get some excercise in your life before your thighs look like the ones in the picture! Start slowly by changing small things in your life that will last forever like parking further away from the mall, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking for 10 minutes a day, doing extra housework, working in the garden...
Once you implement small things like that you can lose up to 10 pounds in one year--almost for nothing! Once you see the results you will be motivated to go beyond and implement a healthy lifestyle. Maybe implement a diet plan for a while and then start living healthy and excercise
Out of 1912 people the average level was Average--with some work ahead of you.
Let me just say...that was not to my liking! It didn't give enough choices LOL. I work out every morning M-F , I just rarely stretch....

Before I post my results, let me say this...I agree with Amber. Not enough choices. The question about the meals, for one, it was none of the above. I eat once a day, because thats when I'm hungry, and its a small to medium meal, and not ONE BIG MEAL, as they put it. I don't stretch, Unless they were to include the bending over I do all day long to pick things out of the baskets and throw them in the washer, or stretching to reach over the folded clothing I have on top of the dryer to reach the button to turn on the dryer. I drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, and I don't snack on potato chips, cookies etc...and as for cardio....I would have to say running( and yes I literally run...usually skipping 2 stairs at a time) up and down 5 flights of stairs 20 to 50 times a day, and walking around this house all day long, is more than enough exercise. That being said, here are my results.

You scored pretty much average, which is not good at all! The truth is, is that most North American's are overweight so the average is actually a bad score. You can work on it by improving your lifestyle by becoming more fit and watching what you eat. Try going to a Nutritionalist--nutrition is 70% of the battle.
Of course to sustain your healthy level, you need to incorporate some excercise such as weight lifting and Cardiovascular excercise.

This weeks cardio has been heaving boxes and furniture, not my swims and exercise room. But, I have definitely been doing those stretches--what about you FW?
Hey, they forgot to ask about our kegels now didn't they?
That is definitely not me in the picture. No matter how thin I get, I still have that damn rear and hips. I want a white girl's rear!!

I just feel better when I exercise. I got kind of addicted to the fitness machines when I lived in Hawaii--I starved myself there, but there was no way I was going to be a petite polynesian girl. I even counted the calories in my parsley, creamer, verything. I kept a majorly disfunctional calorie chart and finally pushed myslef down to below 1000 a day, then below 750. Less than 10 yrs ago I was in and out of the hospital for anorexia.
But, I grew up like that--my mom and I used to stand over the sink together, chew and then spit our food in the garbage disposal.
Now I am much more evened out and I am who I am. I am not skinny any longer, or even all that thin. But, I do stretch, I love stretches.
