[Hollywood News]: London, Nov 27 : Actress Shelley Long, 55, star of the hit 1980's sitcom "Cheers", was rushed to hospital following a near fatal overdose of pain killers, the Sun reported.

Long, who played the feisty Diane Chambers in "Cheers", has been in severe depression after her husband Bruce Tyson ended their 22-year marriage in 2003, forcing the blonde beauty to sell their Hollywood mansion.
