Macaulay Culkin Arrested on Drug Charges

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Former child star Macaulay Culkin was arrested on drug charges Friday, authorities said.

The 24-year-old actor, best known for his role in the movie, "Home Alone," was taken into custody on complaints of possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a valid prescription and possession of marijuana, according to the Oklahoma County Sheriff's office.

Culkin was jailed Friday on $4,000 bond. A jailer declined to release details of Culkin's arrest, and it was not clear whether he had a lawyer.

I think beind surprised by MC getting arrested on drug charges is about as surprising as hearing that Robert Downey Jr. fell off the wagon.
I really didn't care much for him anyway, even in that Home Alone movie.

OKLAHOMA CITY - Former child star Macaulay Culkin pleaded not guilty Wednesday in Oklahoma City to charges of possession of marijuana and prescription anxiety pills.

Culkin, best known for his role in the "Home Alone" movies, was arrested Sept. 17 while traveling with a friend in a rental car on Interstate 44 in Oklahoma City.

The 24-year-old actor was arraigned on the two misdemeanor charges in Oklahoma County District Court. His next court appearance was set for Dec. 2.
