The last few times I've gone to sign in, no problem. Still, no problem until I go to the moo box. If I post anything in there, it doesn't show up. I reload the browser page. I reload the page on the page top. I check to see if I am lisated online and it says I am signed in. But, I have no box to write more moos in, just as though I wasn't signed in. Then, when coming to post this, I had to sign in again.
It's not a timelapse thing because this has all occured in less than 5 minutes and with only one browser tab/window open.
Any suggestions?

Thanks

Also, the writing for my signature is gone, and I haven't been in to delete it.
I also just checked my user stuff and it shows my sig as still there.

It may be a cookie issue.

As far as your sig goes, when you made your reply, was the show sig box checked? it may have accidently been unchecked. I will check you account to make sure that nothing has been changed:)

Cookies are correct I do believe as I can see everyone else's sigs.
I shall check the box to see if it is unchecked, but I can't imagine how it could have been. Was there some sort of crash while I was away that all this registration stuff happened?

I haven't even made it back to check and it shows in this last post but not the one before. Odd, isn't it? Or am I incorrect?

For the signing in part, ive noticed that if you are to visit the site via a link, like a pm link in hotmail that this can happen. You will be signed in for a while then you wont! are you linking from anywhere?

Edit: what browser are you using?

Firefox--I very seldom come in through links as I don't have things sent to my email. I just come in through the front page.

Errmm thats weird! Im not sure what it could be, the only other thing I could really think of is SP2. If your using XP Service Pack 2 the new firewall comes with lots of annoying new options.

Edit: other than that its definatly something to do with cookies me thinks:type:

SP2 better not be in this machine!!!!
I have madly avoided all downloads even though the pc manufacturer and Windows has been quite annoying about it. I even turned off auto updates and I still am getting the damn thing.

Please note there is still no sig on the first note I wrote in this thread

I checked--my cookies are on.

I doubt you have it if you have turned automatic updates off. You can check if you have it or not by going to "Control Panel" then "System"
NOTE: you might have to select "classical view" from the menu on the left to see system.

Edit: Ive checked your sig and the reason the pic isnt showing is because the link to it isnt working anymore. The text should show just fine.

As for your sig not showing up in the first post of this thread, I have no idea

Sepia,

The problem with your sig has to do with the person hosting it. He forgot to pay for his domain, and you should remind him that he has your sig.
