AN IT TECHNICIAN who sold an unidentified co-conspirator the passwords and codes for downloading consumer credit reports has admitted carrying out the largest ID hijack in US history.
Philip Cummings, 35, worked as a help-desk worker at Teledata which provides banks with computerised access to credit information databases.
