Anyone been caught via Winmx?

I was wondering has their been any lawsuits via Winmx? is it Safe to use?

I have not seen or heard of any one being sued with winMX YET. thats not to say you couldn't be the first, so keep that in mind.

As far as it being useless, we have never had any problems getting anything we wanted and as for movies, it seems to be the best place. I have to say the speeds leave a lot to be desired, but other than that, its not bad. you have to be patient, or ask people to trade. its the only thing we use.

For mp3's, its probably not the best p2p app for that LOL

There are a lot of MP3's on the network, don't get me wrong, But as I said before, the speeds leave a lot to be desired.

I seem to find all the Mp3s I need on there.. I only share pictures or Freeware software now..

and since in the UK not much to worry about YET :)

Hopefully... its uploading and Not Downloading that gets you sued here in the UK.. which has yet to be inforced..
