ip filter

can anybody tell me why some of the levels are at 100 & others are at 0 see picture

Strange. I dunno... I checked my ip filter and all I see is 0 levels, not a single 100. What ip filter are you using?

some from peer gaurdian and some from blocklist manager and sorry for the late reply i had forrgoten about the post until today
