Okay, here is one I thought up. Lets think of ways that Micro$oft could potentially become more evil than it already is. Here are a few I thought of:
1. The name for their next OS: Microsoft Windows Paladium.
2. They start charging $ for critical updates.
3. They get lazy and instead of releasing a new OS, they release a pre-alpha-test version of Windows ME and sell it for $200 a CD.

They could make sure it ships with just about every PC you buy so users dont have much chance of trying anything else, then they could use this market share to control what all other program makers do to the os then try to push other os'es out of business so they are the only one left.
Oh wait they already do most of this..............

Here's a few more I thought up:
They could get migrant workers to write code for the new operating systems and Office programs for dirt cheap.
They could hire Johnny Cochran, Berry Sheck, Robert Shapiro, and F. Lee Bailey to be their defense team against the US Department of Justice.

Microsoft already scans the world for the best and brightest: Alot of their codes are from India, working in redmond on H1B visa's

Here's a good one: in the next version of Windows they purposely leave out MSconfig, services.msc, and then they load 20 of the most annoying spyware\adware programs known to man (bonzai buddy, gator, etc.) And just to make sure your system stays slow and annoying, they develop two new programs; Anti-Ad-aware and Search-and-Destroy-Spybot-Search-and-Destroy! Now that's evil.

They decide to join forces with AOL and the RIAA. Thus in one move they take the worst ISP ever and make it even worse and manage to screw over an unprecedented amount of people by not letting them download anything.

they make an os that hogs so much memory just by running that no other programs work
assasinate the head hocho of mac and linux
make a security feature that only lets you donload off of a p2p which will then be set up by Muny hungry fat cats and if other programs are attempted to be used then your pc will blow up and it will all be secret and cause a goverment conspircacy which in turn involes the services of mulder and scully....................................... sorry got a bit carried away
but if plans go ahaead microsofts domination may come to end if his company is forced to spilt up hahahahah

What I would really like to see instead of MS breaking up, I want to see them have to publish their source code, now that would be majorly cool.

I think MicroSoft already has allied up with AOL and with the DRM whatnots they're supposed incorporating in palladium, I think they're making out to be rather comfortable bedfellows with RIAA. More then that, I think MS can relate to the RIAA since their OS gets pirated all the time. I'm running corporate XP pro right now. Oh well.
