Macromedia Director MX Tutorial

Anybody got any advanced tutorials for Macromedia Director MX or Macromedia Flash MX? I need to design a good flash movie to use as a website for a rock band. I have graphics sounds and everything else I require except im only a beginner flash and director user and cant come up with anything advanced enuff!!
