Post Editing

I've noticed something a little strange.

If you create a post then go back to edit it, its OK. But, if you edit a second time, the first edit disappears.....????? Also, sometimes the edit does not show up even after refreshing and clearing the cache.

Is this a problem for everyone, or just me?

I've never seen it..but being staff I don't know that I would....this is the 1st post of this kind..so I guess we will have to wait for others to reply.....
