The Matrix Revolutions

I just watched The Matrix Revolutions and have to say I enjoyed it alot. Definitly better than Reloaded.

I don't understand what everyone was complaining about. The 3rd one had action, a great story and incredible effects. Maybe people just felt burned from Reloaded (which was a terrible movie) and just gave up on the series.

For my money, Revolutions was just as good as the first one.

Thoughts?

I saw it about 3 weeks ago..it was better than the 2nd one..that one just plain sucked.......

Anyway, the 1st stands alone from the rest, you don't have to watch the others for the story...like LOTR.

Also, Revolutions left it open for a 4th.........

3rd one was alright.I was hoping for more closer in the last one, and all it did was leave it open for another movie.Also, the 3rd one created more questions then it did answers.The 1st one is still above and beyond the best of the 3 movies.

I didnt think it was half as bad as most people have said. i was a little saddened/disappointed by the ending but, overall, as a trilogy, it was great. I don't mind owning all three.

Actually all they did was leave it open for The Matrix Online.

I can't wait to play that game. It looks great.

But I agree with all of you that the ending was a little of a letdown, but still satisfying.

Thought the first one was great.
Saw all in the theatre adn own all of them.
the 2nd one, I was so disappointed. I liked the music, But I just left the theatre like WTF??? and I liked the Zion party, kinda reminded me in away of when things get out of hand late night at some of the parties I go to occasionally, the kind you don't get instructions to until the very last minute. Whatever,,,going off in a different direction here.
Okay, Now, the 3rd movie. I faithfully showed up for it but not opening day like alot of my more geekie friends who sit around and watch these movies still in ginat parties with all the out-takes etc. I liked it better. It showed how Neo fulfilled his prophecy and I thought the end where he was flying blind was pretty cool.
And, I think movie 3 wouldn't havve made sense without movie 2. Kinda like you needed all that technical stuff to have the fights in Zion make sense.
