ISP(list of p2p friendlies?)

I was wondering if anyone knew of a site where they have a list of different ISP's and how they have responded to pressure from the RIAA/MPAA. I am especially interested in Comcast, as I have just swithced to them for a faster speed. I would like to know where they stand, as well as other ISP's.

At the time of that article, comcast had the most "hits" from RIAA subpoenas. 462 compared to the second place ISP, SBC who had had 188. :(

Hopefully when the new lawsuits go around in the UK AOL UK should be ok..
