maby you could start making this sorta game about 20 or more years after the terrible incident then everyone would think if it like a historical game.
sorta like a ww2 game if u know what i mean

You know if they made a game about bombing Afghanistan and hunting for Osama bin Laden, that would be great, but for exploiting September 11, they need to be bombed themselves.

Very bad idea for a game, dont think it will ever actually see the light of day. i also think one about bombing Afghanistan would be too though, innocent people died there aswell. i usually dont agree with many games that are based on real life where people have died.

They shouldn't make a game about 9/11. That's just plain out wrong.

i know what you're saying. but they still would have to come up with a different objective for the game. maybe like trying to prevent it from happening, or prevent it from happening again.

Wow...i'm stunned. But I agree, in about 40 years it's ok to make games like this because those people directly affected (survivors themselves) will have had enough time to "heal" (although you can never fully do so).

WWII games are similar except most from that era aren't upset about it because it's happened a while back.

Games on Afghanistan aren't as bad IF protrayed correctly. I think bombing and shooting innocent people is aweful but the "search for osama" aspect is fine by me. I don't take offense to that and I doubt if he was the center of the action that many people would buy it.

"9-11 Survivor is a Mod based on the Unreal Game Engine" From their site http://www.kinematic.org/911about.html .

I don't have a problem with this if they don't sell it. I just think it's in poor taste.

I wonder how many people will buy it just because they want to see what it's like.

unfortunately thats probably what the the developers are banking on controversy that will get them loads of publicity

It will probably shift a lot of units on that alone due to that

Wow..I can't believe people would be that stupid to make a game out of something that terrible..

I hope some sense comes to their minds.and they stop developing this game
