Open Share

Hey can anybody help me. I cant get anywhere on Open Share. I can log in but then it says that I'm not registered but there is no where to email to say i have a problem. If anyone can get a hold of the webmaster or let me know what i did wrong let me know as this is the first time i have had this problem. By the way the user name is the same as the one I use here.
