I work so much that it's hard for me to really keep up with all the newest p2p stuffs... I'm not online a whole lot where I can really mess with it. That's why i'm glad we have the off-topic stuffs that I can keep up with and not feel like an idiot when I read it! If it wasn't for the off-topic stuff I'd be lost. Plus it's a great way to kind of get to know the other member's personalities!

I think having other things besides file sharing info is great, but I do think the site has gone down hill since it was no longer a "family" site. Nothing against anyone in particular(even though I believe some particular people have hastened it's downfall), but I liked the old UTC sooo much better than what we have now. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy visiting this site and I still very much respect alot of the people here, but when this site became more "adult", it didn't take the intelligent adult route in my opinion it took the Jerry Springer adult route. This is great for those who enjoy that type of thing, but for me....well it's just not my bag. Please don't take my little rant here personally. I've felt this way for awhile, and I figured that if I really consider most if not all of you friends I might as well not be afraid to speak my mind without fear of recriminations and you all would understand.

we do understand. We are all adults here, or are supposed to be. as far as the "springer stuff" I feel that is ok so long as it stays in THAT forum that way it can be ignored with out having to run across it every where.

Well fear not, we are about to announce something big and it will be a MAJOR part of UTC. We are going to focus more on P2P and digital media here at UTC and bring back an ICON for the members.

The big news is a site that has been around longer than UTC but has been dormant for some time. I have decided its time to get back to our roots at UTC and reopen our (sister site) for more controversial topics. It should be available in a day or two and I think for those of you who like crazy shit then this will be the place for you.
