spy and adware

i have spy/adware on my pc. how do i get rid of it for free without buying a program:hammered: coz its really anoying

Both Spybot (http://beam.to/spybotsd) and Ad-aware (http://www.lavasoft.de) are free programs.

Make sure you use the backup feature in both..in case something dosen't work & you need to put it back...some programs wont work without the Spyware/Adware.
