Excellent player!! I recomend it to everyone, this player along with the K-Lite Codec pack (+ Quicktime and Real Alternative) is all you'll ever need for your viewing needs ;)

Just curious.....is this version of Media Player Classic compatible with the bundled "features" that comes with the "original" Quicktime Alternative 1.22" package?

There is a huge difference in file sizes, which kinda tells me that the "original" version may have some other features built into it thats not included with the current release "directly" from Gabest. (I know both players are released by Gabest, however, the original one was bundled by others and may have come from the Gabest site originally, however..........)

Original WMPC: version 6.4.6.7 (size: 2.67mb)
New WMPC: version 6.4.7.4 (size: 1.05mb)

Thanks :)

The Real & Quicktime alternative packages have extra's files included to be alble to play those files, and usually they update to correspond with the latest MPC realease. In other words, when they update, they just include the latest MPC player with the packaged files. The new Real & Quicktime Alternatives update within a few days after the newest MPC release. I hope that makes sense ol' friend. (lol)

The difference in WMPC sizes just looked strange...
