spyware free filesharing programs

can any of you out there recomend any spyware free filesharing programs need to now witch have spyware/adware thanks

emule, bittorrent, Ares, ThinDivide, SoulSeek, WinMX, KaZaA Lite K++, Shareaza, FileTopia, GLT Poliane, Gnucleus, Dr. Damn's Clean iMesh, File Spree, Dr. Damn's Clean Blubster & Piolet.

Those all come spyware free to my knowlege. (Ares has an option for installing "Nav Helper," but all you need do is opt out) Others like Morpheus, Bearshare & Limewire install "Adware" which to me is about as annoying as spyware, but they go to great pains saying that their programs are "Spyware Free." ;)
