it's a different type of svcd thats all I can tell you. I watched 1 file last week with WMP.

i have a kvcd that's well over an hour, and the filesize implies this, but i can only play the first 18 minutes or so regardless of what player i use (mpc, zoomplayer, wmp). any idea what's wrong?

i should add that the players actually just allocate 18 minutes.. so that it appears to the player that the file is in fact only 18 minutes long. it doesn't return errors at the end.

this is what i did
to star with it was a bin&cue file so i opened it with ultra iso and then extractet the video part to one of my folders and it came out as a dat file which can be played with media classic player

mine was an mpg, but i tried to mount it using alcohol just to see what would happen. it crashed ;)
