why can't i get ares to download

we have .9 and ever since we updated .8 it will not connect right , it will say it's downloading when it's not connected, and then if i try a 4 star it will not download it will go right to serching(the little eye glass). this goes for almost anything i look for on ares nothing wants to download. and if it does it's only for a few seconds then it dissapperes can any one help please looking for away to get ares to work again

Maybe you should update to a more recent version, i don't know what version you are using, i am using 2.0.6 myself and have no problems with it at all.

i have 2.0.9 and it seems to work wonderful for me.
