I recently bought a license for a shareware burner program called DVD Burn by a company called Honestech. It worked once and never again. It can't see my dvd drive no matter how I change ASPI layer or whatever. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still nada.
Now I can understand problems with software but this companies support team will not even try to help.
Please stay away from these guys,they aren't friendly.
