Hey guys,

I don't know if one of the admins here ran Rocketdrive, or if anyone was involved or knew about it, but it seems to be offline. Rocketdrive was a free online storage site that allowed you to store 100mb worth of data on an account you create that was viewable to anyone.

Does anyone know whats happening/happened? Anyone know of any good alternatives? (Besides rapidshare, megaupload, etc.)

Thanks,
pogue

Well, the reason I mention it here is because UTC used to advertise Rocketdrive on banner ads, so I thought the admin might post here or be a part of the community.

Have a look at this (http://www.multiply.com) which is a community based thingy and allows upload of vids, music etc - I think the limit is very generous, and then anyone can view those even if they do not sign up for multiply. You can also make the files viewable only to member, guests etc etc
