my bittorrent no worky

I have tried both the default bittorrent from the website and Azureus client, but neither will let me get any percent of anything i try to dl...can anybody help me?

Then go to Torrent Search Engine Searcher (http://torrentscan.com/)

Now you can download whatever and I guarantee worky
