By using p2p file sharing, is it free and easy to see and read the TSR 1989 or 1990 Advanced Dungeons & Dragons 2nd edition Player's Handbook and Dungeon Master's Guide? Those books have on the front cover, a blue background that encloses ADandD in white letters and 2nd edition in red letters. Also, on the pages of those books, there should be blue ink print headers.

Why go that far back and be behind the times? You can find the 3rd edition 3.5 Rulebooks via p2p also. I have so many pdf files it isn't funny. I also have dozens of the last two revisions (the orange and the black) on my bookshelf.
Ahhh, the good old days...

Can you send me pdfs of the books I have described above? I really want to see and read those books that I have missed. I think I have the space for pdfs of those books in my free Yahoo! email account.

Ok, it seems me and my buddy pretty much skipped that revision. We have no .pdf files for that revision and we only have the 1st printing of the Players Handbook in hardback. We basically went straight to the black books (2nd revision) after collecting the 1st edition books.

Thanks for checking into it. It seems that those books are hard to get. Ebay has them shown as rare. But it doesn't make sense to buy something from Ebay. In order to buy from Ebay, it seems that a person has to make a bid. What if I print or say to Ebay, I want to bid a penny, which is the cheapest. Certainly, any person who wants those books like I do will bid the next higher amount and then from there it can get expensive. That's why I don't understand why people buy from Ebay.

You'd be surprised. For the most part, I've acquired things I thought were lost to me in the past, be it music or software. I suppose you could wait close to the time the item closes. You could also monitor bids and if nothing happens within say 10-15 minutes, place your bid and see what happens. No harm in trying.
