Ok guys, I've been working hard for months on a new file swapping program that has global indexing, hashing, redundant data recovery, and it can even check for blips in songs that indicate a damaged or ill ripped mp3. The catch is only I can use it.
Using newly developed P2ME technology, also called peer to me... or people to me... or pure 2wisted methodical evil, I can sit there and enjoy millions upon thousands (or about 40 GB worth) of songs, video, and software from the comfort of my own home, and with my anonymous user encryption protocol, you can be sure that you will have no clue who the one guy downloading all of your **** is. For the record, it's not me. I swear.
I will be releasing a public beta next week hopefully which I will require you to install. The software is free and will come without any spyware or ads. Maybe. Okay definitely no ads.
I would also like to announce a competitive project, P2US, which is currently being developed by the RIAA for reasons that amount to nothing good whatsoever. I would suggest that you do not install their client as it sucks total ass and isn't as cool as mine. Actually they stole my code through Kazaa.
If you have any suggestions I don't want to hear them, as the program is in its final stages of development. So please don't do something dumb like, post a reply to this thread or anything like that.
I'm pretty excited about this emerging new technology and look forward to you using it.
Thanks for nothing,
kt
