Nero just doesn't do it for me. Since I'm a film maker, I like to put my films on DVD to show around, and I've been using Nero, whatever the newest version is. The only problem with it, is that it's menus suck. I don't like the setup, and I don't like the options. I enjoy the fact that you can have video as the background, but I don't really care much for the fact that there must be a video square for the actual selection, and that you can only have 4 per screen. It's a decent program for multiple menus, but I was wondering, is there a better option?

I have been dealing with that too Math Its a pain Ill tell ya. Codecs (http://www.avi-vcd.com/codec.asp) is important Even when you are willing to bit torrent any software rather than paying, The hardest ones for me to burn is flv files. I have found the most useful to be Cucusoft Video Converter, RM Converter, and WinAVI VideoConverter. Plus sometimes you open them in Windows Movie Maker and Convert them there. For Riva to work, you usually have to add the sound in with Audacity. I mess up a lot of cds, nero freezes, or errors occur. Although, With the programs above I have be able to burn the majority my favorites seem to be the ones that are stiill stuck on my computer. For istance on Current Tv Joe Gets (http://www.current.tv/studio/media/882)is great, I think you would like him.

Yeah, I mean, the main reason that I wanted a new program was that I don't really care much for the menu templates that they use....
