New MB, Computer Not Booting

Ok, I installed a new Motherboard in my friends computer. But now, when we turn it on, it gets to the loading windows screen, then reboots. I also installed a new DVD Burner also. This is of course Windows XP Home. We tried booting into safe mode and it only got so far and rebooted. Any ideas on what the problem may be? Thanks!

You should try reisntalling windows, if you do a rebuild then you should do it anyways, its probably looking for the old mb or accessing some part of it and that is messing it up, reinstalling windows should fix it.

You dont have to format the drive just a reinstall of the OS.

Try reinstalling Windows

Shouldn't take very long ummm 30 min.
