Is there an edonkey client that does not share partial files? Can the source of say...shareaza be modified so that partial files from ed2k are not shared?
I agree that more is shared if partials are shared, but I think that this is too much liability for a user to take on...I would rather share legit files that would allow me to download the...eh...not so legit ones...
