Say if I were to get subpoenaed, and ended up having to go to court, this is what I would do. :D

I would end up counter sueing them for the following:

Invasion of Privacy
Cyberstalking
Running a Monopoly

I am still currently trying to think of what else I can add to my list. I thought about putting up 5 accounts of Invasion of Privacy and 5 accounts of Cyberstalking. Since there are 5 members of my family in my house. :D

Note: No I have not been subpoenaed...just thinking of what I would do if I was. ;)

Man u must be taking lawyer courses or u are one. But since I'm and angry person most of the time, Id use these in court

1. Bat
2. Cattle Prod
3. Brass Knuckles

...and some self defense strategy after knocking the RIAA pres into a coma:devil:

Yikes! Now that would be a battle!

Unfortionatly, when you use a program to trade you are knowingly inviting any person who wants you files to brows and DL. I am afraid the invasion of privacy thing would not float in a court of law. Its stupid I know but thats the law for ya:rolleyes:

Here's what I would do: I would hire Robert Shapiro, Johnny Cochran, F. Lee Bailey, and Barry Sheck for just the first court appearance and hopefully that would be enough to scare the RIAA into quitting. Now, to make it to where I could pay the 'dream-team', I would countersue them for copy-protecting certain CD's because in America we're supposed to be able legally to make backup copies of our stuff. Also, on the same point, I know they rarely if ever label CD's with protections on them, so I could get them there if that failed.

Hehe, when I say Invasion of Privacy, I am morely refering to when they record your IP, and then run to your ISP demanding your information without any "hard" evidence.
