Ok BB, here's how it goes. It's a joke that plays on words. You've got two characters

1) The Bishop
2) The Actress

Whenever you said something that has somewhat of a sexual overtone, you use the phrase, selecting the proper character.

Let's say I said to Riscy:

"Damn! That pole was sure smokin!"

He would in tern say "As the ACTRESS said to the BISHOP."

Likewise if you were to switch the gender roles.
