Create new file
Select>All
Chose gradient tool
fill with colors of choice
Add blending options:
Inner shadow:
Blend mode: Multiply
OPac: 93%
Angle: 120
Distance: 0
Choke: 0
Size 6
Shift+Ctrl+N
Gradient tool White to transparent. Drag half way top to bottom
Deselect
Edit>Free transform. Pull each side in very little
Grab your transparent layer and bring it down from the top ever so slightly. This give it that glossy look.
Then simply chose your font, and type your button name.
Select>All
