I wonder if the stories shared would look similar to these:

The Brick Testament (http://www.thebricktestament.com/)

(Edit - And it's "Lego." "Leggo is the catch phrase for "Leggo My Eggo!")

Did you go to Lego-Land FW? I hear there is one here in the midwest but have never really investigated it.

My son used to build huge cities out of legs, spent days doing it, then had the motorized Capselas to run around in it, also a few of the lego Aircraft he had I think I recall having some sort of propelling devise.

I have kept all his old Legos, I have 2 suitcases and a huge storage bin crammed full of them. I guess it's sentimental value since he was so tight with them. and, if I ever have a grandchild that is interested in them, I have yet another bin full of Duploes (the Legos you can't swallow easily).

I wish I still had the Capselas, those were great, I had fun playing with them.

Check out Mona Lego (http://www.studiolo.org/Mona/MONA43.htm) at this guys site (http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.studiolo.org/Mona/images/LEGO-Mona.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.studiolo.org/Mona/MONA43.htm&h=480&w=640&sz=67&tbnid=DxCqlGNZO8AJ:&tbnh=101&tbnw=135&hl=en&start=7&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dlego%26hl%3Den%26lr%3D%26client%3Dfir efox-a%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-US:official%26sa%3DN)

No, he told me he wanted to build or design cities when he grew up. i told him architecture or engineering. He decided on law. But, actually works in a sporting goods store last I heard, and had taken off with his tuition money--enrolled then dropped out quickly so he got full reimbursement.

Now he pays his own way if he wants to go back. he already blew his sports scholarship--games, girls, beer, ooooooh, no time for studies.........
