In the original eDonkey client, serverlists had to be updated manually. For ease of use, Emule made server updates automatic, but now with the proliferation of fake ed2k servers, this "feature" has become a liability and needs to be turned off in eMule's settings.
In emule's options, go to the server tab and change the default server settings. Uncheck both boxes for "update server list ..." so the serverlist will never autoupdate.
(With Kad functioning, there really is little reason to have the ability to connect to all the known ed2K servers for sources - as was often needed in the pre-Kad days, so Kad-enabled emule clients can get by quite well with a tiny server list containing only a few trusted servers, instead of the huge all-encompassing server lists that were required for good performance in the old days. )
Check "autoconnect to servers in static list only", then set 195.245.244.243: 4661 and 195.245.244.244:3000 (the REAL Razorback servers) as static servers, (by right-clicking on server) plus any other known trusted servers if you want.
You also should regularly remove ALL the servers in the server list, then load up new server list from gruk.org. This is because servers that are later discovered to be spy servers do not get automatically removed, and those that are sure to infiltrate will remain until you manually delete them.
Note: eMule clients may already contain a few spy servers when you download the software ( I immediately noticed that SonnyBoy was on mine) - so the first thing you should do when you install eMule is to erase all the default servers and get a new verified serverlist!
Hopefully the eMule developers will soon find ways to keep out these hostile servers. Until then, be alert!
