Food is so good though. If we weren't supposed to eat it then we wouldn't have so many options out there right? LOL Seriously though, who on earth thought of spaghetti and meatball loaf?!

I am a little chunkster thanks to food, because believe it or not I am actually very active. Abs and all that other stuff are truly made in the kitchen.
That is really weird because my baraccudda keeps flagging emails (started about two weeks ago) with that EXACT subject line. I am a little scared right now, I mean I eat "okay" but I am now back on the exercise kick too.

the french toast cupcakes with maple frosting and bacon looked pretty good.
