hello i hope someone out here can help me i was given a computer and it is a dell and i put norton internet security and a spyware program on the computer it has been cleaning it out but my problem is the compouter keeps freezin up.and if i have my aim instant messenger and my yahoo instant messenger running at the same time,and i try to open the internet explorer a message says i have to close a program i do not have enough free space.....so can anyone help?
I'd start with uninstalling everyything you aren't absolutely certain you need. I would also uninstall Norton, which is not well thought of and not compatible with a lot of other things. It would also be good to be very specific about the error message you're getting
I have 512 MB's of RAM and only 256 MB's of RAM are detected in
Windows XP 64 bit.
I had to re-install Windows about a week ago, and have since gotten
and cleaned a trojan/virus cleaned by Trend Micro.
