I've never seen anyone ever use it.
This is a discussion on Distributed tracking BC, and Azureus within the BitComet Technical Support forums, part of the BitComet - www.BitComet.com category; Azureus 2.3.0.0 has introduced distributed tracking, similar to what eXeem uses. Originally Posted by Azureus what's new Azureus now has ...

I really hope this is worked into BitComet soon, and I personally think it is only a question of time. It is the next logical step for the BT protocol (given the current legal situation/confusion) and a necessary feature for all BT clients of tomorrow.Originally Posted by Azureus what's new

On a similar note, with the "enhanced protocol" implemented into Azureus 2.3.0.0 peer chatting is possible. Azureus invites other clients to implement the simple chatting protocol for inter-client compatible
chatting:
This too is a nice feature, though not a critical one, but if chatting is implemented it would be beneficial if it was in a way compatible with other clients.Azureus now supports an enhanced inter-client messaging protocol, which is aimed at allowing plugins to use the connections created by Azureus to add functionality to the program. Other clients developers can see the specifications for this protocol at http://azureus.aelitis.com/wiki/index.p ... ngProtocol

Me neither. I always click on the people's names and write something obscene like, "Hey sexy bitch!" No one responds, but its pretty funny.
That function must be enabled, and it is disabled by default, if memory serves me right. But still, if BC-chat was compatible with AZ-chat then you'd have a million more dudes to say "sexy bitch" to :p
Still, hope we see the distributed tracking implemented soon.
yes it is disabled by default...Originally Posted by Mikademus
