Definitions

"UniteTheCows.com" or from here on "UTC" is an online message board privately owned, operated and funded by UTC staff on the World Wide Web of the Internet. "Members" or from here on "you" means each person who establishes or accesses a connection ("Account") for access to and use of this site's services as either a guest or a registered member. This "Terms of Service" document or from here on "Terms" outlines and explains the guidelines and rules which you agree to comply with.

Acceptance of Terms

Service is provided to you subject to the following Terms which may be updated from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time by clicking on the Terms icon at the bottom of every page.

Member conduct

You will not post any messages that are discriminating, obscene, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws. Even if publicly available, personal or copyrighted information are not to be posted without the consent of the owner. Distribution of licensed and copyrighted materials in any way not endorsed by the copyright owner is strictly prohibited. Images depicting partial or full nudity must be of individuals aged 18 or older. You may not use this site and its resources to spam other sites or individuals or perform any action that violates any law. Vulgar words are not allowed in the subject lines ; they may be used in the message body in any forum. Nude images are only allowed in the dedicated Hotties thread posted every night in the main forum ; partial nudity, Would You Hit It threads and other questionable content may be posted as a link if accompanied by a warning statement in the subject title.

Disclaimer of Warranty

All messages are for entertainment purposes only and reflect the views of the author. Once posted, all forum messages, private messages and any other content become properties of UTC. You release UTC from any future claims of any kind whatsoever including, but not limited to, addiction, loss of productivity or employment. UTC cannot be held responsible for the authenticity of the content or the actions of its members. Items sold or bought in the For Sale forum are sold as is and no warranty or insurance of any kind is provided. UTC cannot be held responsible for the outcome of any transactions and no warranty of any kind is provided, either express or implied. UTC meets, contests and other activities arranged by members or third parties are not endorsed by UTC and no guarantee or warranty of any kind is made or implied ; attend or participate at your own risk.

Monitoring

UTC has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of this site, including chat rooms and forums, to determine compliance with Terms and any operating rules established by UTC and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request. The Administrator, Moderators and other authorized users of UTC have the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason and to reveal your identity and other known information in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.

Termination

Either UTC or you may terminate these Terms at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, UTC has the right to immediately terminate your Account in the event of any conduct by you which UTC, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach of these Terms. UTC reserves the right to refuse service and/or terminate your membership at any time without giving any prior notice or any reasons.
